Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our boutique.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
